- After their very solid release on Alternative Route, the trio from Hungary, Monkz, return to deliver a nice two track release on Plastic Fantastic.
First up is Zakka, a track which has quite a good flow from beginning to end, helped by some solid drum patterns as well as some subtle sounds and effects that work in unison to create a pretty good vibe in the track.
Nekke has quite a similar flow to the a-side which is quite disappointing, however the track is not as intense as the a-side as the drum patterns have been noticeably toned down. There is also a more melodic touch to this track then th ea-side.
Not a bad release by Monkz but for me it is a little disappointing after their solid release on Alternative Route.
