Side A contains the original mix which contains all the elements you expect from Shiloh, tough breaks, lush melodies and a vocal which sits well this mix alone is strong but its Luke Chable's mix on the flip that really gets the juices going!
Luke Chable's mix starts innocently enough with a tough kick and some metalic percussion before bringing in the trademark Chable bassline which warms things up nicely. As the track builds Luke brings in the subtle melodies which sit in the background, keeping things bubbling along nicely before the break when the melodies really take off. Luke layers synths on top of each other creating a wall of sound that will send shivers down your spine and then just when you think it cant get any better in comes a massive electronic bassline which takes the track off in a whole new direction completing the journey and taking you with it!
Overall this is Chable's best remix since Terry Grant 'I kill you' and though i haven't been too impressed by his recent output when he gets it right he really gets it right.
Another very strong package from Baroque, if you only buy one record this month make it this one!
