- The Canadian electronic artist will release his next album on April 20th.
Dan Snaith, better known as Caribou, will release his next album in April.
Entitled Swim, the record will be Snaith's fifth full-length release, and his third as Caribou. Previous albums like Milk of Human Kindness, and the Polaris Prize-winning Andorra have focused on psychedelic, electronic dream-pop, and Swim appears to follow in the same vein. Snaith describes the album as "dance music that sounds like it's made out of water, rather than made out of metallic stuff like most dance music does."
If you're curious, the first track of Swim can be downloaded from Caribou's website in exchange for your email address. The album will be released on Merge in the US and City Slang in the UK and Europe.
