  • David Last will touch down in Sante Fe this Saturday to celebrate the release of his new album, Early. Last is a former resident of NYC—he discussed that city's underground scene in an RA exchange back in 2012— who now lives in Denver. His tracks have appeared on labels like Wolf + Lamb and BPitch Control, and his latest full-length will drop on Sante Fe's Mesa Recordings. An eleven-track LP of lush, laid-back house and techno, Early is described as music "for the habitually nocturnal," and it features a collection of guest musicians including Morgan Packard and Praveen Sharma. The release party will be hosted by Mesa at Molly's Kitchen and Lounge. Last will play live, with support coming from label co-founder Feathericci and fellow locals Spoolius Mélange.
