Senior Ticketing Account Manager
This position, based in New York, will lead our ticketing team in North America. While this role will interact with the global ticketing team on a daily basis, it retains a core North American focus to ensure we maintain our growth and industry-leading service levels in one of our most important markets. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coaching of a Junior Account Manager, based in Los Angeles.
These positions, based in London and Sydney, are in our fast-paced development team. At RA you will undertake a hands-on development role alongside other talented full stack developers, collaboratively building scalable web applications within a lean agile environment. At this level we are looking for someone who has experience working in agile development teams who can hit the ground running. The role requires a mixture of both backend and frontend web development experience, gained using a range of web technologies. A passion for and understanding of electronic music culture is essential.
