Tickets CRM Manager
Based in London, this new role will enhance our understanding of, and relationship with, our customers. You will actively help shape how we interact with our ticket buyers pre/during/post purchase. You will drive CRM innovation by conceptualising and delivering tools, products, and services that improve the user experience and ensure we we remain the leading ticketing platform for our global community.
This position, based in New York, will lead our ticketing team in North America. While this role will interact with the global ticketing team on a daily basis, it retains a core North American focus to ensure we maintain our growth and industry-leading service levels in one of our most important markets. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coaching of a Junior Account Manager, based in Los Angeles.
