- The Paris-based producer will unveil his debut album later this year.
Paris-based producer Anthony Collins will drop his debut full-length for Freak'n'Chic later in the year.
Collins' productions have found favour with many a label boss over the past couple of years, with his output finding homes on Vinyl Club, Cécille, Get Physical and Curle amongst others. Eschewing the techy European sound of his early work, he now seems to have found comfort in the ethnic minimal house style that is currently decimating dancefloors across the world. Imagine the Mannheim sound with bucketloads of African percussion, and you're halfway there.
However prolific Collins has been in recent times, however, he's keen not to repeat himself. All ten of the tracks on Doubts & Shouts have never been released. And whilst Dan Ghenacia's dance floor-centric Freak'n'Chic imprint will do the honors this time around, there are concessions to the album format in the form of more laid back tracks like "Fragile" or "Blossom."
