Matthias Meyer, Pépé Bradock and Joker have been included in the line-up for Sydney festival.
After debuting earlier this year, Sydney's Days Like This Festival will be back in January 2010. This time around, disco, house and dubstep will be represented, alongside a splattering of hip-hop, acoustic and drum & bass.
European house jocks Matthias Meyer and Pépé Bradock make up the house component, while Joker and Harmonic 313 (Mark Pritchard) will be the lone dubsteppers. Disco fans will be able to enjoy Brennan Green, Lee Douglas and Lovefingers, while LTJ Bukem handles drum & bass duties.
Hip-hop is well catered for, with Roots Manuva, Dilated Peoples and Ugly Duckling set to appear, and Amp Fiddler and The Bamboos are set to take care of all things funk.
Back for its second year, the festival will be held in the increasingly popular Moore Park Entertainment Quarter—also home to We Love Sounds and Stereosonic—on 10 January. As per usual, both indoor and outside stages will be in effect at the Entertainment Quarter, so shelter from the mid-summer sun will be plentiful.
