The boutique festival will travel around Australia, with an additional show in New Zealand.
The line-up for the 2010's St Jerome's Laneway Festival has been announced, listing Radioclit and N.A.S.A. amongst a predominately indie first-round selection.
Radioclit, one of the groups responsible to kick starting the UK's mid 2000s Baltimore fascination, will also be showcasing their current live side project, The Very Best. The Afro pop offshoot from the one-time RA podcasters has toured the US extensively, reportedly picking up some pretty positive reviews along the way. N.A.S.A., who toured Australia nationally earlier this year, grabbed international attention in February with the release of their debut full-length, The Spirit of Apollo.
The tour will get underway with a Brisbane show in late January, before moving on to Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Adelaide and Perth. The 2010 edition of the festival will see each city's event take place in a remarkably different venue than previous years, with several legs set to place in community arts centers, as opposed to the traditional laneways that the festival took its name from.
