- Tim Sweeney teams up with Superpitcher and Optimo for a Beats In Space party at Social Club.
- Next Saturday will see New York's Beats In Space taking over Paris's Social Club with an international lineup. Returning to the venue after teaming up with local crate diggers Dirty Soundsystem in 2008, Tim Sweeney's forthcoming set follows a year of international touring in celebration of a decade of his disco-centric Beats In Space radio show. As the influential Beats In Space sound prepares to branch out into the world of recorded music with the forthcoming inaugural release from Tensnake, this Paris date precedes further DJ sets for Sweeney in Russia, Croatia and Portugal. Previous BIS guest mixer and longtime Kompakt artist Superpitcher will join Sweeney on the bill, with some of his trademark electro-pop-tinged techno. Also adding some musical diversity to the lineup will be the famously eclectic UK duo Optimo, and Kitsuné's Marco Dos Santos.
