  • The Leeds-based house and techno collective will celebrate their third birthday on Friday March 12th at Wire Club. mono_cult have been one of the most prolific crews on the city's party circuit over the last few years, bringing a wide range of electronic talent to a multitude of different venues. Although tech-house is their preferred four-to-the-floor style, they've previously put on deeper and more housey sounds from Prosumer, Sascha Dive and Steffi, and their birthday headliner will continue to push in that direction. Move D needs little introduction for those who've been keeping up with German house sounds recently, with his singles for the likes of Uzuri and Workshop becoming essential purchases for those who like it deep. He's also recently reignited his Reagenz project with Jonah Sharp—again on Workshop—but his performance for mono_cult will draw from his twenty years of experience behind the decks, with the electronic stalwart set to play an extended three-hour set on the night. French tech-houser DJ W!ld will also make an appearance, and organisers have even planned a special after hours session in a nearby basement, which will go on until 9am. Tickets for mono_cult's third birthday are now available to purchase via RA Tickets.
