Hell and Henrik Schwarz are among those lining up for the large-scale bash at the city's Delta Gelände venue early next month.
It only took a couple of parties during the mid-'00s to grant the Soulcialism events with a "legendary" status. Essen's large-scale Delta Gelände venue was the multi-spaced playground that housed the fun across 2004-2005 (Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Wighnomy Brothers, DJ Koze and Josh Wink were among those who appeared) and will once again fling open its doors to the Soulcialists after a 5-year hiatus.
Wednesday June 2—Corpus Christi the following day means a public a public holiday for the region—is the date to save, as DJ Hell, Henrik Schwarz and Beardyman take up the reigns of the headlining slots. The Essen-based Mild Pitch label will come under full representation on the night, with imprint heads Dplay, Manuel Tur and Langenberg all appearing, and the latter of those two also appearing under their Ribn guise. Dixon and André Hommen are also scheduled to spin, while the The Original Rote Liebe Disco Squad and Discocaruso (Thomas Geier & Tobias Koth feat Hans Nieswandt) round-out the bill.
