Manchester's celebrated party series will bring RA, Cocoon, Minus, Bedrock, Hospitality and more to the Piccadilly train station this fall.
The Warehouse Project have announced their 2010 series of events, with almost 30 parties scheduled between September and New Years Day.
Now in its fourth year, WHP has become a Manchester clubbing institution, due to its near-perfect setting beneath the Piccadilly Trainstation and its unusually diverse programming. As in previous years, the bill for this fall includes everything from the pounding techno of Adam Beyer to live indie bands like Doves.
Many of the series' usual suspects are back–Ricardo Villalobos and Raresh for Cocoon, Richie Hawtin and Magda for Minus, John Digweed and Josh Wink for Bedrock–but plenty of new parties have been cooked up as well. Kieran Hebden, AKA Four Tet, has curated his own night, featuring himself, Actress, Theo Parrish and Caribou. German duo Modeselektor have an especially eclectic party in store, featuring Joy Orbison, Jamie XX, Hudson Mohawke and Berghain jocks Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock. As you may have guessed, RA's got a shindig lined up as well. Booka Shade, Jamie Jones, KiNK and Prosumer will all be in the house, along with podcast alumni like Carl Craig, Seth Troxler and Fred P.
