- The London-based producer will release his second album on Jalapeno.
London-based producer Max Sedgley has unveiled details for his second album, Suddenly Everything, due for release next month.
Sedgley has been producing records for the better part of the last decade and is probably best known for his blockbuster tune "Happy," which the BBC used as their theme song to this year's coverage of the World Cup. The new LP marks his second record on Jalapeno Records, his new home following a string of releases on Rob Da Bank's Sunday Best imprint. Like much of his work to date, Suddenly Everything presents a particularly sunny and pop-inspired brand of house and disco, this time with the occasional hip-hop lyric. The album boasts mostly new material by Sedgley, plus his single "Something Special," released earlier this year on Jalapeno.
