  • Underworld have been named as the Saturday night headliner for this year's South West Four weekender in London. Karle Hyde and Rick Smith have kept very busy since releasing their newest LP, Barking; aside from spending the second half of 2010 on tour, they produced a soundtrack for Danny Boyle's stage adaptation of Frankenstein, which is currently playing in London. Their touring schedule looks set to pick up again this summer, with a headlining slot at Sonar as well as South West Four. As the massive event is still a full six months away, details on the lineup are unsurprisingly scarce. So far the only other act confirmed is Pendulum, who will headline the second night with their pummeling blend of metal and drum & bass. Previous years have hosted upwards of 50 DJs and live acts, so expect dozens more names to be confirmed in the next few months. Here's a trailer for the event to whet your appetite:
