  • Fred P will headline another edition of Sound Noir at an undisclosed loft location tonight in Brooklyn. Known by both his monikers Fred P and Black Jazz Consortium, Fred Peterkin has made a name for himself releasing ethereal cuts of analog house. He released his debut album Structure in 2009, then followed it up at the end of last year with The Incredible Adventures of Captain P, both through his own Soul People Music imprint. His style behind the decks tends to be as deep and soulful as his productions–perfect for an intimate loft party on a cold winter night. Support will come from Plan B and Sound Noir residents J Red, Marshallito, Lola and Andrey Radovski. These New York regulars have been throwing parties around the city for years, featuring talent such as John Roberts, Basic Soul Unit, and Mossa to name a few.
