  • Berlin-based house producer Till von Sein will head stateside next week to play parties in the U.S. and Canada. von Sein grew up a fan of hip hop before turning to music production, creating a sound that sits on the deeper side of house music. Since 2005 he's put out a steady stream of records for labels like Trenton, Morris/Audio and most recently Supplement Facts, while also working behind the scenes as a booking agent. A long-time DJ with only a few previous appearances in North America, von Sein will once again stick to parties on the east coast for the tour, plus a night in Montreal. The trek starts next Wednesday at Re:set in Cambridge, followed by a Friday night at Red Door in Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Patrick Barry, resident DJ for Re:set and Red Door, will lend support for both events. That weekend will also feature the aforementioned Montreal appearance at La Salon Daome for the Beat Boutique Family. The mini-tour winds down the next weekend, starting Friday at The Morgan in New York with local jock Atomly; hosted by the fledgling Interrupt & Fix crew, tickets for this party are available right here on RA. The following Sunday sees the final stop in Washington DC where von Sein will headline an early evening rooftop party at Tabaq Bistro. Tickets for that one can also be found here on RA.
