- The Panorama Bar DJ shares the bill with Kate Simko at Smart Bar next Friday.
After a busy weekend of afterparties in Detroit, Cassy will head to the Windy City to take over the decks at Smart Bar.
A native of England, Cassy is no stranger to globe-trotting: she now lives in Amsterdam while maintaining her long-standing residency at Berlin's Panorama Bar. While she's released her productions on Perlon and her own self-titled imprint over the past decade (as well as having numerous vocal credits to her name), she has become an in-demand touring DJ with a deep, pumping selection of house and techno.
Her set at Smart Bar will be her first appearance in Chicago in three years, and joining in the fun is (re)Chicago resident Kate Simko, who is touring in support of her upcoming album Lights Out. Simko will be playing a live audio/visual set-her first live performance in her hometown in over a year. Opening the night is Sasha Navarro of the local Gramaphone Records vinyl shop.
