Tom Clark, Tiefschwarz, Tobi Neumann and Mike Shannon are among those playing for the Berlin promoters at upcoming events.
SSF's season actually got under way this past weekend with the first Sunday Getaway party at their unofficial base for their 2011 season, Rummelsburg, near to the the old Funkpark/Rechenzentrum site. The party was headlined by Italoboyz and Daniel Bell, although if you missed out you'll only have to wait until Sunday 19th June for the next instalment, which will see Stil vor Talent members Oliver Koletzki & Fran (live), Channel X, Oliver Koletzki and Niko Schwind venturing down to the Spree-side site. Sunday 26th June is the next announced Sunday Getaway date—Tiefschwarz's Basti, Camea, Ruede Hagelstein, Re.You & Rampa and Tim Xavier are among the confirmed acts.
It's also worth pointing out that Rummelsburg will be be open during the week and Saturdays for the entire summer, offering a BBQ restaurant, beach football and DJs on rotation.
Moving into July, and SSF will present the return of Berlin, Beats & Boats. The self-explanatory event will see a host of predominately Berlin-based labels and clubs take to the Spree from 13.00 through until 20.00, with an ensuing afterparty going down at Rummelsburg. Among the ten boats setting sail on the day, Mobilee have invited Rodriguez Jr., Martin Landsky, Sebrok and Dan Curtin to climb aboard; Highgrade's vessel will feature Tom Clark, Todd Bodine and Daniel Dreier; and Thaibreak & Chaca Chaca present Tobi Neumann, Guido Schneider, Pascal FEOS and Pier Bucci.
