- The UK house outfit get reflective on their latest LP for 2020 Vision.
Crazy P will release their next album, When We On, this September on 2020 Vision.
According to a press release, the record shows Crazy P changing their routine a bit. Rather than getting the whole band involved, founding members Jim Baron and Chris Todd kept the creative process limited to themselves and Danielle Moore, Crazy P's longtime vocalist. Moore also took care of more production work than usual, most notably by retooling her own vocals with a Loop Station. The album marks a shift in tone as well. "It's probably a bit more... grown-up," says Todd. "We had quite a big year last year for lots of different reasons and we had difficulties too and I think a lot of the writing came out of that. It's a little bit more reflective and thoughtful than previous albums." You can hear the album's first track on Crazy P's SoundCloud page.
