- Machinedrum and Braille's self-titled LP is due out in November.
Sepalcure will release their self-titled debut album this November on Hotflush.
The duo features two of New York's most acclaimed bass music exports: Travis Stewart, better known as Machinedrum, and Praveen Sharma, AKA Braille. Both have been producing for the better part of the last decade, but just recently broke through in the UK and Europe, with Stewart releasing his album Room(s) on Planet Mu and Sharma putting out 12-inches on Hotflush and Rush Hour, all of which were met with considerable acclaim. They first teamed up as Sepalcure last year with the Love Pressure EP, and followed it up this past January with Fleur, both of which came out on Hotflush. Their collaborations are similar in character to their solo productions, built on syncopated rhythms and garage-inspired tropes but free of any identifiable genre. The upcoming LP features all previously unreleased material.
