Horst Krzbrg will host the next instalment of the Berlin techno series this Friday.
Spanish producer Tadeo and the CMYKmusik/Apnea/Mupa family of labels with which he's associated were known predominantly as purveyors of minimal house and techno during the mid to late '00s. He was also one of the founders of Madrid-based distribution company Net28, which dissolved in 2009, meaning labels such as Tadeo's own Cyclical Tracks were left to be managed independently. That label has mainly been a vehicle for the boss's own productions since it was set-up back in 2004 and has continued to push a decidedly stripped-back sound, albeit one with less beeps and blips than a few years ago.
Perc Trax pair Foward Strategy Group are also on the bill. Patrick Walker and Smear have been straddling a line between bleak austerity and dancefloor impact since first linking up in 2009, with Peter Van Hoesen, Marcel Dettmann and Surgeon among their supporters. The UK duo will play live on the night, while Argentina's Jonas Kopp and Grounded Theory resident Milton Bradley round out the DJ lineup.
