- The self-titled LP is available now on Honest Jons.
Pinch and Shackleton released a collaborative album this week on Honest Jons Records.
Both producers have long been at the vanguard of bass music, with Pinch housing many of the scene's best artists on his Tectonic imprint and Shackleton tearing up the genre's rulebook with his elastic and uncompromisingly dark compositions. Rumors of a joint effort by the two artists have been circulating for months, but concrete details only surfaced after the album was released yesterday. Simply entitled Pinch & Shackleton, the record features the duo's first ever official collaborations. It's available digitally, on vinyl and CD, with one extra track on the CD version: "Boracay Drift," which will come out on vinyl in December with a remix by Morphosis.
