This year's edition of the UK festival also features Rusko, Vitalic, Toddla T and more.
As Daniel Petry recounts in his review of last year's event, Glade, which began as an electronic stage at Glastonbury, has faced a lot of challenges over the years, and not least in the past two: in 2010 it was canceled after an abrupt rise in policing costs, and last year it changed venue twice, the second time just three weeks before the date. This year's festival will take place at the venue it eventually settled on: Houghton Hall in Norfolk.
More than 50 artists have been announced so far for Glade 2012, including Cocoon founder and European clubbing icon Sven Vath. The bill is split between the Glade Stage and Psychedelic Village: Vath headlines the former, along with Andy C, Rusko and Toddla T. Vitalic and Marc Romboy will both play live. The Psychedelic Village features Max Cooper, Dr Alex Paterson of The Orb and more. The whole thing takes place over four days, from the 14th to the 17th of June.
