Manik to visit Australia this month

- Poker Flat's young New Yorker will play shows in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney on the weekend of March 30th.
- New York producer and DJ MANIK will play three Australian shows in two days at the end of March. In his short career, MANIK has already made his mark with releases on a number of the world's top house labels. After a string of singles released on various imprints, his debut album Armies of the Night, influenced by his childhood neighbourhood of Queens, dropped last year on Ovum, Josh Wink's imprint. Added to his résumé are an EP on German powerhouse Poker Flat and an upcoming release on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss' Hot Creations, after featuring on their recent Post Summer Sampler. His demand on the DJing circuit had him visit 15 different countries last year, including multiple visits to the UK and Ibiza. This will be MANIK's first tour in Australia. Managing to fit three cities into two days, MANIK will first be hitting Perth for a show at The Velvet Lounge on March 30th. The following day he will play two shows, beginning with an afternoon outdoor gig in Melbourne at Brown Alley from 2:00 PM. After a quick flight up to Sydney, the youngster will then be spinning at a Golden Cage party hosted at One22, alongside locals Sam Roberts, Matt Weir and Garth Linton.
