- Delsin will release the Dutch techno artist's debut album in June.
Niels Luinenburg, better known as Delta Funktionen, is ready to release his first album, Traces.
Luinenburg once said: "My DJing is all about serious fun... Depending on the night it might be more serious, or more fun." The same could be said of his productions, which often balance a stonefaced techno attitude with some trace of accessibility, be it a bit of melody or a funky rhythm. Traces continues this trend, adding a bit of electro flavor as well (based on the samples, anyway). Unsurprisingly, the album will come out on Delsin, the Dutch techno institution who have released nearly all of Luinenburg's records since he debuted in 2008, whether on the central label or the associated imprint Ann Aimee.
Traces will be available on CD and vinyl. All of the tracks are previously unreleased.
