- Fabien Vilain's first full-length will come out on Apparel Music this October.
Fabien Vilain, AKA Kjofol, will release his debut album, Lune, this October on London's Apparel Music.
The French native, now based in Berlin, has put out just a handful of digital EPs and remixes over the past few years, most of which have tended towards the lush, jazzier sides of house and techno. Lune shows Vilain at his most diverse. While a few short abstract tracks are fitted in early on, the latter half of the album is anchored by "Le Jour Aime La Nuit" and "While Others Go And Come," each of which stretches past the 11-minute mark. Lune will first come out on CD in early October, and a digital version will follow later in the month.
