  • Jackmaster will headline EES' fourth birthday in Aberdeen on October 12th. EES (Everything Else Sucks) was started back in 2008 as a "dirty and filthy" electro night, but has since evolved beyond its original mission. Finding a new home at Snafu, EES now focuses more on bass music and house, recently seeing guests like Felix Da Housecat, Lorca, and Raffertie. For their fourth anniversary they've chosen their countryman Jackmaster, whom they cite as headlining the best-ever EES party back in March of this year. In addition to being one of the bosses of Glasgow's formidable Numbers label, Jackmaster is a renowned DJ known for his penchant to mix the newest of the new in bass music with older classic house and party tunes, as evinced by his RA-Recommended Fabriclive entry. Local DJ support will come from EES residents Krazzy Martin and Squelch, who will play a garage set, as well as Aberdeen local Ch£ap Date. Advance tickets for the party are available here on RA.
