80 acts have been confirmed for this year's festival in Croatia.
Founded last year by the team behind Outlook festival, Dimensions takes place within the walls of an abandoned 19th century fort in the coastal city of Pula, Croatia. Organisers today announced a formidable lineup, with around 80 acts already confirmed. Detroit supergroup Three Chairs, AKA Moodymann, Theo Parrish, Marcellus Pittman and Rick Wilhite, head the bill, alongside fellow Motor City artists Derrick May, Omar-S, Andrés and Juan Atkins, who will play live as Model 500.
The likes of Afrobeat originator Tony Allen, Mala, Hype Williams, Pantha Du Prince, Karenn, Dopplereffekt and JETS (AKA Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum) have all been booked to play live, while Daphni, Dave Clarke, Dixon, Boddika, Prosumer, Surgeon, Levon Vincent, Floating Points and Fabriclive 67 mixer Ben UFO are among the DJs confirmed so far. Ostgut Ton will host a showcase (Ben Klock, Steffi and Norman Nodge), while fellow German imprint Dial will bring down John Roberts, Roman Flügel, Efdemin and label boss Lawrence.
Details of boat parties and further additions to the lineup will be revealed in the coming months.
