  • The first wave of headliners for Monegros 2013 have been announced. Now in its 19th year, the 20-hour festival will run from Saturday July 20th through 21st. Taking place near the town of Fraga in Spain and split over several stages, the event has attracted upwards of 40,000 revellers in the past. As with past years, big-name techno and house sits side-by-side with hip-hop. In addition to a DJ set from Richie Hawtin, foundational rap crew Public Enemy will also headline. Underworld, French producer Vitalic and Spor dubstep side project Feed Me comprise the rest of the announcement, with 50 more acts and a new headliner to be announced later in the year.
