Nile Rodgers and Chic land at The Forum in London

- Seth Troxler and Derrick Carter will back up the legendary disco group in June.
- Lovebox and Red Bull Music Academy will throw a party with Nile Rodgers and Chic in London on June 14th. Rodgers has been in the news a bit more often than usual lately, thanks to his involvement in the upcoming Daft Punk album and his appearance on its first single "Get Lucky". But he's best known, of course, for both his production work on classic tracks such as "Like A Virgin," and as the leader of seminal late 70s disco band Chic. It's that group, responsible for hits like "Le Freak" and "Good Times," that he'll play with at The Forum. Seth Troxler and Chicago house mainstay Derrick Carter will both spin disco sets, while Phuture member DJ Pierre will rep the mid-80s Chicago acid house sound. Nicky Siano, a former resident of storied NYC disco club Studio 54, will round out the lineup along with RBMA alumni Rebel Rebel.
