- The software giant will help the Cologne label celebrate 20 years of operation.
Ableton will join forces with Kompakt in Berlin next month, where they'll celebrate the Cologne label's 20-year anniversary at a dedicated pop-up store.
Taking over a space within the Ableton headquarters in Prenzlauer Berg, the pop-up store will launch on Saturday, August 31st, and remain open until September 7th. It'll be the first time Ableton's office space will be open to the public, and coincides with nearby Torstrassen Festival and citywide Berlin Music Week. Several acts from the Kompakt roster will be stopping by with live performances, DJ sets, presentations and workshops, all of which will be free. If you fancy some record shopping, there'll be plenty of music on the shelves available for purchase, along with a collection of merchandise. Visitors will also be able to test out a variety of Ableton products.
