- The Toronto trio's second album will drop on No.19 Music in September.
My Favorite Robot will release their second full-length, Atomic Age, in September.
Originally formed as the duo of Jared Simms and Voytek Korab, James Teej joined the outfit in 2009. This LP is their first since We Come In Pieces in 2009, and will come out on Nitin and Jonny White's No.19 Music, following on from June's EP. The album will continue to explore the trio's dusky, synth-heavy take on house, techno and electronica, with stronger dancefloor tracks interspersed with more musical numbers. My Favorite Robot will officially launch Atomic Age with shows in Montreal and Toronto on September 27th and 28th respectively. On both occasions they will be joined by Ewan Pearson.
