Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound will tour the US and Canada together for the first time next month.
Hessle Audio—Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound—will cross the pond for their first-ever stateside gigs together.
In case you need a refresher, Hessle Audio is a pioneering UK imprint which, since its founding in 2007, has profiled the evolution of dubstep and related music through to the turn towards house and techno in more recent years. Lately the label has been pumping out experimental hybrids from the likes of Objekt, Elgato and co-founder Pangaea (who also started his own label). Pearson Sound just dropped a well-received solo single, and earlier this year Ben UFO had his turn at the Fabriclive mix series.
The UK triumvirate have all toured North America somewhat regularly over the past few years, but they've never travelled over to that side of the world as a unit before. They'll stop in five cities in as many days, starting in Montreal on September 25th for their only Canadian date at the POP Montreal festival. From there, they'll fly all the way to Los Angeles to play at Los Globos, heading up the West Coast to Seattle for Decibel Festival before roaming back east to headline Chicago's Smart Bar and Brooklyn's Output.
