- With his band in tow, Simon Green will go coast to coast for a lengthy tour in October and November.
Bonobo has an extensive tour of the US and Canada coming up.
In support of his latest album, The North Borders, the UK producer—real name Simon Green—will head out with his live band to hit more than two dozen cities across the continent, following heavy gigging in Europe. First up is Philadelphia on Thursday, October 10th, where they'll play Union Transfer to kick off a set of East Coast dates. Canadian stops by way of Montreal and Toronto will then lead to Chicago and Minneapolis in the Midwest. The West Coast is next, from Vancouver south to San Diego, and then a concert in Salt Lake City, Utah on Halloween comes before three gigs each in Colorado and Texas. Lastly, there's a handful of shows in the Southeast, including an appearance at Bear Creek Music Festival in Live Oak, Florida (that sprawling, rock, funk and jazz-focused festival will also feature sets from The Roots and Bootsy Collins). The tour will finish up on Sunday, November 17th at the Orange Peel in Asheville, North Carolina—after which Bonobo and the band will return to Europe for more gigs.
