- I Am Machinery will see release through the Leeds-based label in late November.
Debukas has announced full details of his debut album, I Am Machinery.
The Glasgow-born producer, real name John Clark, first came to prominence with a vocal appearance on Simon Baker's "No Pressure" back in April 2011. A month later, he released his first full EP on 2020 Vision, which he has since followed up with two further solo records. Next month the Leeds-run imprint will put out Clark's debut LP. It features four previously released tracks, alongside seven new cuts. Moving from club-ready house to beatsy electronica, the album continues to explore the Scotsman's poppy, synth-heavy take on electronic music, with Clark's own vocals a prevalent feature. "Shake", the first single taken from I Am Machinery, will come out on November 11th, with remixes from Optimo's JD Twitch, Simon Baker and Debukas himself.
