  • Critical Music will drop a new compilation, Underground Sonics, on January 20th. The London-based imprint—a 2011 alumnus of our Label Of The Month series—has fast become one of the most respected outlets in drum & bass. It's typically been a home for hard-hitting but still underground-minded productions from the likes of Breakage, Rockwell, Stray, Sabre and others. Underground Sonics leans towards the label's more recent roster, with contributions from Dub Phizix, Ivy Lab and the newly-christened Sam Binga. The likes of techstep giants Noisia and Phace also feature, as does Russian producer Enei and label boss Kasra. Tracklist 01. Dub Phizix – The Clock Ticks 02. Ivy Lab - Baby Grey 03. Foreign Concept – Falling Stars feat. MC DRS 04. Sam Binga – Lef Dem feat. Redders 05. Mefjus & Inside Info – Repentence 06. Enei – Slender 07. Noisia & Upbeats – Little Fling 08. Phace – The Set Up 09. Stealth – Chimera 10. Stray – Everytime 11. Ruffhouse – Next Phase 12. Kasra – DFM 13. Emperor – Control 14. Halogenix – Maniac 15. Kasra & Enei – Breath 16. Sabre – Cashmere For Christmas 17. Emperor & Centra – The Saboteur 18. Enei – Thinline (Blocks & Escher Remix) Critical Music will release Underground Sonics on January 20th, 2014.
