- Spectrum Spools will re-release the pair's lauded techno records from 2008 and 2009 on one double-LP.
Donato Dozzy and Nuel's Aquaplano Sessions will be reissued by Spectrum Spools in March.
Originally released via the short-lived Aquaplano label in 2008 and 2009, the two collaborative 12-inches were exercises in stark, tribal-influenced minimal techno (the label subsequently released two solo records from Nuel and one from Mike Parker before shutting up shop). They quickly sold out and have since been exceedingly hard to find, fetching large sums on Discogs. Now, Spectrum Spools will reissue both records across one double-vinyl LP, due out March 4th. The label struck up a relationship with Dozzy last year, when it issued the Donato Dozzy Plays Bee Mask record that ended up taking number three spot on RA's list of 2013's best albums.
