- The former Hype Williams man will play a couple dates in November.
Dean Blunt will celebrate the release of his Rough Trade debut, Black Metal, with two US dates beginning November 6th.
Following the murky dissolution of Hype Williams, his duo with Inga Copeland, Blunt released the orchestral breakup album The Redeemer on HIppos In Tanks and has presented a number of gallery shows featuring installations as oblique as his music. Black Metal arrives via Rough Trade November 4th, and the tour has him visiting New York and LA. He'll play at Webster Hall on the 6th and Jewel's Catch One the day after.
Blunt just released a clip for "TRIDENT," a B-side from upcoming single "50 CENT" (itself taken from the album). Check it out below.
