  • Jeroen Search is preparing to reissue material from his long-defunct Search imprint. The artist formally known as Jeroen Schrijvershof is a stalwart of the Netherlands' underground techno scene. Active for two decades, his production catalog includes dozens of solo records, credited mostly to Jeroen or Jeroen Search (his go-to alias these days). There's also been a couple collaborations, such as his longstanding partnership with Dimi Angélis—in fact, the duo is teaming up as A&S to release a 3xLP album later this month. For this reissue project, Schrijvershof will look to Search, the label he operated from 1996 to 2001, when he produced using just his first name. The tracks he's picked have been remastered for the occasion, and plans for two vinyl releases have been confirmed. Search Archives 001 is due out next Tuesday, and 002 is set to drop sometime in February of next year. At some point later on, a digital version of the entire Search catalog will be released, and a possible third vinyl EP is being considered, though further details have yet to be announced. You can stream samples from Search Archives 001 below.
