- The London artist's four-track EP is out in September.
R&S Records have snapped up Moiré for an EP titled Gel, out September 4th.
"I was inspired by minimalism, ambience and most of all, the power of club and music spaces," says Moiré, the London artist who made his name with a string of records for Actress's Werkdiscs label, including his 2014 debut album Shelter. R&S say that Gel "draws on the live and direct dubplate culture, that flush of excitement of finishing a track in an afternoon, pressing it up and taking it to the club." It's the second R&S announcement in as many weeks—last week details were revealed of Sporting Life's 55 5's, the label's first cassette release in 18 years.
