The German will take three musicians along for dates in Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium.
David August is about to go on tour with his live band for the first time.
The group, called David August & Ensemble, sees August accompanied by three live musicians. They'll touch down for concert-style dates in nine cities over the coming weeks, with stops planned for Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium. Amsterdam's Melkweg club is up first on October 16th, followed by Mousonturm in Frankfurt on the 18th, Munich's Strom on the 19th and Liederhalle Hegelsaal in Stuttgart on the 20th.
The quartet will then move on to France for a slot at Le Divan Du Monde in Paris on the 21st, after which they'll hit Antwerp's Piaf on the 22nd, Cologne's Kulturkirche on the 23rd and Hamburg's Kampnagel on the 25th. The tour wraps up in Berlin on November 7th with a date at Volksbühne.
