The Zenker Brothers and Rick Wilhite will also spin at the bathhouse club over the next few months.
Pittsburgh's Hot Mass has announced their bookings through December 17th.
The club, housed in a low-key upstairs bathhouse in the Strip District neighborhood, has become the city's pre-eminent destination for touring house and techno acts, thanks in large part to its all-night schedule and compact, often packed dancefloor. The Black Madonna makes her return to the club this Saturday, September 26th after cancelling a previous date due to an ear issue.
The following two weeks bring fellow Smart Bar affiliates Olin, who plays with Opal Tapes act Patricia for the Detour crew on October 2nd, and Michael Serafini, who headlines gay night Honcho as part of the VIA Festival. October also sees Berlin lynchpin Tama Sumo making her Pittsburgh debut on the 24th, as well as a Halloween night gig with Rong Music boss DJ Spun.
November starts off with a couple of high-profile German acts—Virginia spins on the 7th with the Zenker Brothers scheduled for the following Saturday. Africans With Mainframes' member Noleian Reusse headlines the Pittsburgh Track Authority residency on November 21st, with Basic Soul Unit, who will have just released an album on Dekmantel, visiting on the 28th. December's bookings include a all-night set from Derek Plaslaiko, a three-year anniversary bash with UK veteran Kirk Degiorgio and an appearance from Detroit house don Rick Wilhite. Notably, Degiorgio was the first touring DJ to play Hot Mass.
