- Traces Of Weakness will arrive this month on Where To Now?
Yair Elazar Glotman has a new album as KETEV, titled Traces Of Weakness, due to ship late next week.
The Berlin-based experimental producer (and classically-trained contrabass player) will be returning to his "post-techno" alias after a year in which he released Études, an LP under his given name, through Subtext Recordings. Traces Of Weakness is his third KETEV full-length. The project first surfaced in 2014 with albums on Opal Tapes and Where To Now?
As Juno Plus reports, Where To Now? will be releasing this one as well. It appears to be the first KETEV release on vinyl, and it comprises "four long expressions" which Glotman conjured on the Buchla modular synth at Elektronmusikstudion (EMS), Stockholm's long-standing national center for electro-acoustic music and sound art.
Ahead of the album's release, Where To Now? is offering a 40% discount on its entire physical and digital output to date.
