Kangding Ray, Samuel Kerridge and Esplendor Geometrico will all play for the Saint-Etienne promoter's anniversary.
Positive Education has announced the lineups for its fourth anniversary event series.
Having hosted events in Saint-Etienne for three years, Positive Education launched its own festival last October, taking over various venues across the city. Among them was the mining museum, which is where the promoter will kick off its month-long anniversary programme on February 19th. Raster-Noton producer Kangding Ray and Spanish noise duo Esplendor Geometrico will headline, supported by residents of Positive Education and Paris's La Fête Triste. The following day at La Machine Du Moulin Rouge in Paris, Esplendor Geometrico will play again, this time alongside Greek producer June. On February 26th, the festivities will be split between Saint-Etienne venues La Tanière and La Coop, with One Eyed Jacks artists Photonz and Violet confirmed.
The series continues in March with Eomac billed for an ambient/drone performance at St-Etienne's Planetarium on the 10th, before Samuel KerridgeBeau Wanzer and Lyon's BFDM artists The Pilotwings and Judaah wrap everything up at La Coop on the 18th.
