- EPs from P Jam and Dexplicit are also on the way.
Terror Danjah has revived his Hardrive label.
The UK artist launched the label in 2010 following a Planet Mu compilation that brought renewed interest to his foundational grime work. Hardrive released music from Terror himself along with younger producers like Joker, D.O.K. and Champion, before going silent after its first and only full-length in 2013. Terror Danjah's own output dwindled around the same time, with only a handful of tracks trickling out on various labels in the meantime.
Last weekend, he dropped the seventh EP on Hardrive and its first since that compilation—a new record from Terror called Mars. Now he's announced his plans for the renewed label. Next up is a sequel to P Jam's 2011 12-inch Anger Management (a track from which you can stream below), as well as a new EP from Dexplicit, another one of grime's foundational and often overlooked figures. In addition to the new EPs on Hardrive, later this week Terror Danjah is also releasing Lost Mini Discs, a collection of unreleased tracks dating back to 2002 and 2003 (among them the instrumental version of classic rhythm & grime tune "So Sure").
