- The Japanese producer's latest 12-inch was inspired by a residency at EMS Studios in Stockholm.
Kyoka will release a 12-inch called SH on Raster-Noton on March 25th.
A press release suggests that the new release might be Kyoka's "most experimental" record so far. It sees her further explore the stepping, bass-heavy sound she's delivered on Raster-Noton a few times before (she dropped an EP in 2012, and a full-length in 2014). The EP, which was reportedly inspired by a recent residency at Stockholm's EMS Studios, comprises four tracks due out digitally and on vinyl. There'll also be a special CD version containing two extra cuts.
