After setting the stage alight with his debut long player 'Soul Trader' on Marine Parade, break beat hero Ils has been lined up for the next release in the Y4K series and it is sure to be beauty. Y4K is all about bursting that bubble and each release has been met with wide acclaim across all borders.
Ils mix will feature a host of his own remixes and productions from his astounding '6 Space' and 'Music' to reworkings of Roni Size/Reprazent, Layo & Bushwacka! and FC Kahuna. Other productions that will appear
are Blowfelt, Dynamite MC, Rkidz & Noize and 10 Sui. For the people with vinyl habits, there will be an limited EP release for the first time in the Y4K series.
Ils Presents Y4K will be in stores on July 28 and will be available online from the Distinctive Records website.
