Poland's Unsound adds Paula Temple, Lena Willikens, Fred P to 2016 lineup

- The preeminent experimental festival has unveiled a second batch of acts for this year's edition in Kraków.
- Unsound has made a second lineup announcement for its 2016 festival in Kraków, Poland. The additions include a number of new live shows and collaborations. Helm will present Inner Space: Siberia, which sees the PAN artist perform alongside the Greek Embassy For The Displaced collective and Russian musician Moa Pillar. The Israeli conductor Ilan Volkov will collaborate with Kraków's Sinfonietta Cracovia and Body Sculptures—AKA Posh Isolation and Northern Electronics artists Varg, Erik Enocksson, Puce Mary, Vit Fana and Loke Rahbek. Eomac and Paula Temple will both premiere new live shows, while Tessela and Truss play live as Overmono. A number of acts that directly and indirectly represent the African music diaspora are also on board: Mikael Seifu, DJ Katapila, Africaine 808 (who will perform live with percussionist Dodo N'Kishi) and DON'T DJ. A showcase of Mexico's NAAFI collective (profiled as label of the month on RA in October 2015) features Mexican Jihad, Lao and Fausto Bahía. Then there's DJ Earl, who will be accompanied by The Era footwork dancers Sirr Tmo and Dre, plus Fred P, Voiski, Soichi Terada, Lena Willikens, Via App, Dr. Rubinstein, Peder Mannerfelt and M.E.S.H.. Individual tickets to Unsound Kraków 2016 go on sale on August 17th. The festival's Dislocation theme extends beyond this year's edition in Poland—it'll also apply to upcoming satellite events around Russia and central Asia.
