  • SNTS will launch a new label, Sacred Court, with the release of his second album, Losing Sight. The masked artist has developed a strong following within the techno scene these past few years. First surfacing in 2012, the bulk of his gritty, brooding productions—a pair of EP trilogies, and his 2015 debut LP, The Rustling Of The Leaves—have come through the vinyl-only SNTS label. (He's also been picked up for EPs on Horizontal Ground and Edit Select Records, and, earlier this year, a track for 47.) We're told to expect a broader range of sounds on Sacred Court, with "styles like noise, industrial, techno, post-punk and EBM." The new label's first transmission, Losing Sight, is the result of SNTS working with analog drum machines, modular synths, guitar, effects pedals and vocal recordings and recording "in a cave studio in an undisclosed location, in order to achieve the ideal acoustics." The album will be available on double-vinyl. Watch a teaser video for Losing Sight.
