Melliflow's next release will be the Perception Of Objective Reality double-EP from little-known Italian producer And.rea.
And.rea, AKA Andrea La Pietra, is best known for his affiliation with YAY, a long-running party that's been taking place at various locations in Italy for the past few years. La Pietra's first EP comprises eight tracks spread over two slabs of wax. Anyone who's been following the sets of Melliflow founders Vera and Alexandra this year will recognise some of the tracks on Perception Of Objective Reality—they've been rinsing them heavily.
The sound is in-line with the aesthetic found on Melliflow's previous EPs from Spacetravel and AK41 (a collaboration between Romanians Dan Andrei and Kozo), so expect shuffling beats and ethereal synths. Naturally, it's vinyl-only.
